Before You Arrive: Important Reminders |
Download the CAPA 2026 APPMake the most of your conference experience with the CAPA 2026 APP, powered by PheedLoop! The APP is your go-to resource for conference information, including the program schedule, session details, speaker information, session evaluation forms, sponsor and exhibitor information, and important updates throughout the event. You will receive an email from PheedLoop with instructions on how to download and access the APP. This message will be sent to the email address you used to register for conference. Keep an eye on your inbox and be sure to download the APP before arriving so you can plan your conference experience and stay up to date. Have You Purchased Your Ticket to the Awards Ceremony and President’s Dinner?Join us on Saturday, October 24, at 6:00 p.m. for the Awards Ceremony and President’s Dinner! Enjoy an evening celebrating the outstanding achievements of the PA community, complete with a buffet dinner and DJ entertainment. Tickets are $25 + tax per person and must be purchased in advance. Please note that tickets are sold separately and are not included with conference registration. Please purchase your ticket by October 18, as we must provide the hotel with our final guest count for dinner. Tickets will not be available for purchase on-site. |

Venue & Arrival Information
Parking InformationDiscounted parking is available for conference attendees at a rate of $15 per day. Please follow the parking instructions below when arriving at the hotel. Staying at the hotel? If you are staying overnight and require parking, in-and-out access will be programmed onto your room key. Parking charges will be posted to your room, and payment can be settled at check-out. Driving in to attend conference but not staying at the hotel? If you are not staying overnight and require parking, you will receive a ticket at the entrance gate, located east of the hotel main entrance. To settle parking charges and validate your ticket, you will need to go to the front desk before exiting. Getting to The WestinShuttle InformationThe UP Express Train from Union Station stops at Pearson’s Terminal 1. A complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle is available and operates on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability. Pick-up location 1: Terminal 1, Arrivals Level, Platform F3 Pick-up location 2: Terminal 3, Ground/Arrivals Level, Platform 13 Guests must call the hotel at 416-675-9444 and dial “0” to call for shuttle pick-up when they are at the designated pick-up spot. Shuttle pick-up is approximately 30 minutes from the time of call, subject to traffic patterns and drop-offs completed during a run. Complimentary phones are located just outside baggage claim, marked with an orange information sign. Directions to HotelFrom Highway 427: The Westin is located at the Dixon exit on the east (right) side. From Highway 401: Exit on Dixon Road, then head west. The hotel is located just past Carlingview Drive. The Westin is right next to Subway. From Airport Road/Highway 409: Continue east until Dixon Road. The Westin is on the north side of Dixon Road, just past Highway 427. Airport Road and Dixon Road are the same road, just named differently based on whether you’re west or east of Highway 427. Wi-Fi InformationWi-Fi is available for “Westin Guests” in your room. To connect, enter your room number and last name to log in on the splash page. Guests will be prompted to accept the charge, but this will be waived on the back end of their system. Wi-Fi is also complimentary in the conference rooms. To connect, select the “Westin Conference” network. No password is required. |

Please check in at the Registration Desk, located at the back of the lobby outside the Easton's Room, to pick up your name badge and delegate materials. Conference ScheduleCheck out the program on the CAPA 2026 website or use the APP to plan your sessions. Please don’t forget to fill out your session evaluations to earn your CPD credit hours. Be sure to visit our exhibitors throughout the event. Meet partners, find out what’s new, and expand your professional network. 2026 Annual Members MeetingFriday, October 23 | 4:00–6:00 p.m. The Westin Toronto Airport – Sutton Hall (will also be broadcast via Zoom) You do not have to be registered for the conference to attend. However, please be sure to sign up online for the AMM (no cost), as this helps with ensuring quorum. Once you are registered, you can add the AMM to your schedule on the CAPA 2026 APP. For virtual participants, a Zoom link has been made available. The agenda and Zoom link can also be found on the AMM page of the CAPA website (you must be logged in to Member Central). |

Name Badges: Please always wear your conference name badge for access to sessions, exhibits, meals, and the Annual Members Meeting. Delegate Bag: Pick up your delegate bag and conference materials at the registration desk upon check-in. See registration desk hours above. Dress Code: Business casual for sessions; business/cocktail for Saturday’s Awards Ceremony and President’s Dinner. Meeting rooms can fluctuate in temperature, so we strongly suggest dressing in layers. Device Charging: We recommend you bring a portable power bank, so your devices stay charged while using the PheedLoop APP throughout the day.
