The Physician Assistant will have the opportunity to work in a clinical setting supporting a team of physicians. A formal orientation program and mentorship from designated physicians will be offered. The responsibilities of the Physician Assistant will be as follows:

Patient assessments including full history and physical examinations
Ordering of investigations including labs and imaging
Initiation of treatment including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, as delegated by a physician
Formulation of a disposition plan with discussion with a physician
Administrative tasks including review of abnormal labs and imaging reports
Option to engage in quality and research programs
