Salaire : At least 10% above current compensation. 4-6 Weeks vacation and many other benefits.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of KIM, the Physician Assistant ensures health resources effectively support achievement of KIM’s mandate and goals which are focused healthcare innovation to benefit First Nations people of Northern Manitoba.
As a part of the First Nation’s health ecosystem of Northern Manitoba, the Physician Assistant advises on a wide range of health issues for the organization.
The Physician Assistant will identify community clinical and programming needs and support the implementation of programs related to areas such as Diabetes, Women’s Health, Addiction Medicine and Harm Reduction within the Northern First Nation Communities.
Keewatinohk Inniniw Minoayawin Inc. (KIM) was established to work towards a new health system that will better respond to the needs of northern First Nations people in Manitoba. KIM supports health and wellness services for 23 First Nation communities in northern Manitoba with a focus on equitable care.
