Physician Assistant
We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team in Toronto.
Candidates must be a graduate of a Canadian or US Accredited Physician Assistant Education Program and must be eligible to challenge the National Certification exam.
Previous experience with outpatient neurology is an asset. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Local candidates are preferred.
Wages: $45-50/hr negotiable. Part-time to start.
Duties will include:
-Assist our neurologists in assessing, treating and following patients with neurologic conditions.
-Provide routine support and education to patients under the supervision of our neurologists.
-Assisting our neurologists with Botox and nerve block injections.
Danforth Neurology is a community-based clinic in Toronto. Our goal is to provide timely access to high quality neurologic care. We treat patients with neurologic conditions including headache, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and concussion, among others. Treatments offered include Botox and nerve blocks for headaches.
