At CAPA, we're dedicated to promoting collaboration and advancing healthcare through the integration of Physician Assistants (PAs) into various medical fields. Our recent webinar, "Enhancing Healthcare: Exploring the Role of Physician Assistants," held in collaboration with Doctors of BC, exemplified this commitment.

The webinar, tailored specifically for physicians, provided a platform to delve into the pivotal role PAs play in healthcare delivery. On April 25th, esteemed panelists, including BC Physicians Dr. Josh Greggain, Dr. Kevin McLeod, and Dr. Aderemi Oyedeji, shared their insights, expertise, and experiences working alongside PAs.

Moreover, attendees had the privilege of hearing from an out-of-province PA/MD team panel, consisting of professionals from Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, and Orthopedics. Their firsthand accounts provided invaluable perspectives on the collaborative efforts between physicians and PAs in various healthcare settings.

The discussion encompassed topics such as PA integration, collaboration models, and the impact of multidisciplinary teamwork on patient care outcomes. Participants gained a deeper understanding of how PAs contribute to enhancing healthcare delivery, ultimately shaping the future of medicine.

Missed the live event? Don't worry! We're thrilled to share the recording of the webinar with you below:

We extend our sincere gratitude to all the panelists, attendees, and partners who made this webinar a resounding success. Together, we're driving positive change and fostering a collaborative healthcare environment that benefits both providers and patients alike.

Stay tuned for future events and initiatives aimed at advancing healthcare through the integration of Physician Assistants. Your support and engagement are vital as we continue to shape the landscape of modern medicine.
