PA Awareness Day

PA Awareness Day was a success! With almost 75 PAs in attendance from across the province, this was a tremendous opportunity to raise awareness of the great work that PAs are doing to improve patient care, work collaboratively with other providers and to save the system money.

The Minister of Health attended the event and highlighted the importance of PAs to the healthcare system. He also shared that the government is committed to ensuring the sustainability of the profession.

In addition to this important news, 25 MPPs attended our reception and we were able to meet with the two opposition Health Critics, France Gélinas and Jeff Yurek.

PA Awareness Day was an important opportunity to ensure that our Ontario politicians are aware of the great work that PAs are doing and the critical role that they play in patient care.
