A Canadian Urgent Clinic just for Cancer Patients

This year, more than 200,000 Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer. Many end up at a hospital ER to deal with the side effects of chemo and radiation. A hospital in the U.S. and a clinic in Winnipeg say there’s a better way…more.

Canada Needs PAs!

November 27 is National Physician Assistant Day in Canada. The Canadian Association of Physician Assistants (CAPA)  asks you to join us in celebrating Physician Assistants (PAs).

Working alongside physicians and other health professionals, Canada’s PAs are having a positive impact on the quality of care that Canadians are receiving. The integration of PAs into the public health system is cost-effective and has allowed patients to experience improved access to medical care and a reduction in wait times.

Please help us in acknowledging the many PAs practicing in various clinical settings across Canada and the positive impact they are making on Canadian health care.
