Salary: $775 CAD Per 12-hour day

24/7 Occupational & Emergency Medicine Solutions (24/7 OEMS) is currently seeking full time Physician Assistants for a northern Ontario mine occupational health clinic.

The PA will be expected to practice within the medical directives and formulary as approved by the 24/7 OEMS Medical Director. The PA will work as part of the on-site clinical team and have access to our 24/7 on-call emergency medicine consultants.

Required qualifications:
• Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (current and in good standing)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Advanced Trauma Life Support or equivalent training / experience
• CPR/AED Health Care Provider

Prior experience in occupational medicine and or the provision of advanced care in a remote setting would be an asset. The PA will be required to have and maintain professional liability insurance for the duration of the project.

Start date will be in Q1 of 2024 with orientation followed by a rotation schedule of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
