Sharing an Understanding on Coping Strategies in Different Neurodevelopmental and Psychiatric Conditions: Shared Perspectives Across Adults, Caregivers/Informants and Clinicians 

The CAMH is currently recruiting for a 20-40 minute survey focused on clinicians’ understanding of patient/client phenomenon of ‘masking’ or ‘camouflaging’. We are recruiting registered health professionals who work with adults with any of the following diagnoses: 

  1. Autism Spectrum Disorders 
  2. Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder 
  3. Social Anxiety Disorder 
  4. Major Depressive Disorder 
  5. Tourette’s Syndrome and/or Tic Disorder 
  6. Learning Disorder (reading, writing and/or math)

Therapeutic Gardening for the Planet: Eco-friendly Projects for Human and Ecosystem Well-being

Nature nurtures! Take a look at the fall issue of Digging In and its focus on health benefits associated with nature interactions. Fabulous photography, workshop description and an article on nature with research citations present a pretty strong case for spending time in nature.
