Steps to complete forms

Thank you for renewing or registering for your CAPA membership, and for taking a meaningful step toward supporting and advocating for the Physician Assistant profession in Canada.

We have added new metrics to member profiles to strengthen our advocacy efforts and to serve you better. Please ensure that all forms in your profile are completed.

To complete your profile forms:

  1. Log in to www.capa-acam.ca

  2. Click on your name in the top right corner

  3. Select Payment History

  4. Open your most recent membership transaction

  5. Complete all required forms shown on that page (example below):
