Workshop: POCUSMED - Full Day Part 1

Point-of-Care Ultrasound Medical Education—is a hands-on, immersive training experience designed to equip healthcare professionals with the skills to effectively use ultrasound technology at the bedside for rapid diagnosis and clinical decision-making 

In this workshop, we will discuss how to use bedside ultrasound to enhance clinical medical decision-making for MSK pathologies. We will cover pathologies of the shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles. We will cover chronic as well as acute pathologies.

Learning Objectives 

At the conclusion of this session, the participant will be able to: 

1. Recognize the indications for MSK POCUS 
2. Identify components and artifacts of MSK POCUS 
3. Identify pathological features of a MSK POCUS
