CAPA is pleased to announce that we will be hosting a full day session on diabetes and insulin in the clinical setting on October 11, 2012, at the Novotel Toronto Centre, only one day prior to the 2012 CAPA Annual Conference.  Attendees will have the benefit of participating in: Insulin 101: Almost Everything You Need to Know About Insulin and Insulin 201: Moving Beyond Basal Insulin in Type 2 Diabetes. Both sessions are CFPC approved. The workshop will be highly interactive and delivered by Dr. Rani V. Beharry, chosen for her teaching abilities and knowledge of insulin.

For those who are interested in attending, we encourage you to register online now as space is limited. The cost to participate is $250.
